You are an analytical and motivated CRM specialist who is passionate about customer engagement and digital marketing. You will be essential to building our online presence, boosting our digital footprint, and generating leads for our expanding portfolio of brands. The marketing team will have a pivotal year as we assist growth across several industries.

Salary - Up to £45K 
Location - Dorset 

Requirements:

• Experience developing a multi-channel, customer-focused digital marketing approach
• Using insights from data to plan and carry out multi-channel campaigns 
• Creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential customers
• Management of email campaigns, encompassing performance analysis, A/B testing, and segmentation
• Making use of marketing automation technologies to enhance processes
• A highly analytical, detail-oriented strategic thinker 
• Enthusiastic in developing customised customer journeys
• Adjusts to shifting consumer behaviour and industry trends
