Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum conversion rates and ROI.
• Create and manage email marketing, SMS, and print campaigns.
• Leverage organic social media to drive growth and engagement.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and copywriting.
• Experience leading digital marketing teams and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive performance.
• Hands-on experience within a D2C, subscription, or e-commerce business.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing.
