What are we looking for?

• Proven experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in break-fix and repair of ATM/EPoS/IT equipment.
• Technical expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems and EPoS technology.
• Security clearance: Ability to pass BS7858 vetting level 4 (including Scottish Disclosure and Credit check).
• Customer focus: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

What are the rates?

• Competitive salary: Up to £134.46 per day via an Umbrella company.
• Overtime pay: Enjoy additional pay for hours worked beyond 10 per day.
• On-call rates: Receive compensation for on-call duties, including increased rates for weekends and call-outs.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts: Work 5 days out of 7, with standard day hours from 8 AM to 6 PM (including travel time).
• Variety of sites: Visit multiple sites per day, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
• Consistent work: Enjoy steady employment throughout the week, including weekends.
• On-call duties: Participate in 1-in-3-week on-call coverage, with additional compensation provided.
