Position: IT Support Engineer

Salary: £25,000

We are looking for a driven IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team. This role focuses on supporting users and maintaining IT systems for both on-site and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for on-site staff and remote teams.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up and disabling system access.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage IT documentation and inventory.
• Administer user accounts and permissions.
• Offer IT training to staff.
• Assist with implementing and configuring IT systems.
• Conduct PAT testing.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an office-based IT support role.
• Familiarity with Windows laptops, Android, and Apple devices.
• Basic understanding of servers and networking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern office tools.

Desirable

• Experience in tech support or telecom systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise management systems for Apple and Android devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud systems.
• Full UK driving license (for occasional travel).
