Location: Nottingham (4 days on-site)
Salary: up to £40K

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end paid social strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in paid social advertising, with a strong understanding of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience working in a D2C, subscription, or e-commerce business.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results-driven campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in paid social marketing.
