Job Role: Procurement Manager

Salary: Up to €68k (Dependent on Experience)

Location: Munich – on-site working

We are looking to hire a Procurement Manager to join one of Germany’s Leading VR Development Studios. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring we source high-quality goods and services at the best possible prices. You will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain and contributing to the overall success of the company. In the role, you will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability whilst negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, optimising inventory levels and minimising procurement costs will all be vital responsibilities. You will also ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations by maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions.

Skills you should hold (with over 4 years of experience):

• C1 Level German and English language skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
