What you'll do:
- Manage all aspects of event projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution, post-event analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing) and external vendors to secure services, manage contracts, and ensure seamless event delivery.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee registration, and on-site operations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need:
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Event Experience: Proven experience in event content planning, production, and execution.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Organisational skills: the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure smooth event execution.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
