A digital agency based in the heart of Chester is searching for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the team, managing client accounts, fostering long-lasting relationships, and helping clients achieve their goals.
As the Senior Digital AM, you will have at least four years worth of client services experience, and you will understand how to play the middle man between the digital services team and the client. If you have an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, agency experience, and strong communication skills, then this one might be for you!
Location: Chester (two days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum plus commission

- Four years experience, in an agency environment
- A strong understanding of web and digital concepts, including but not limited to WordPress, SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content offerings
- The ability to contribute to pitches and new business presentations
- Happy to stay up to date with developments in client industries
- Confident presenting work to clients, ensuring that your offering aligns closest with client expectations
- Excellent budget management understanding to ensure financial performance aligns with the client's expectations
- Capable of acting as a mentor for junior team members
