Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated 2/3rd Line Support Analyst.
Job Purpose:
To provide 2nd line support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure.

Job Purpose:
To provide 2nd line support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience of the following:
- Previously worked in a 2nd/3rd line support role
- Provide IT Infrastructure support to:
- Client, server, storage, network, communication, audio/visual & security systems
- Network experience e.g. Cisco
- Security experience including firewalls
- Strong Windows Server experience
- Experience of working with Active directory, Office 365, VMWare, SQL and telephony/VOIP
- Cloud experience either; Azure, AWS or MS 365 experience
- Monitor and respond to user support requests submitted to the helpdesk
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer support skills
- Engage with 1st & 2nd Line colleagues in support of incident and problem management processes
- Building effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
Desirable
- Unix experience would be beneficial
