2nd/3rd Line Support
£30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated 2/3rd Line Support Analyst.

Job Purpose:

To provide 2nd line support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience of the following:
  • Previously worked in a 2nd/3rd line support role
  • Provide IT Infrastructure support to:
      • Client, server, storage, network, communication, audio/visual & security systems
  • Network experience e.g. Cisco
  • Security experience including firewalls
  • Strong Windows Server experience 
  • Experience of working with Active directory, Office 365, VMWare, SQL and telephony/VOIP 
  • Cloud experience either; Azure, AWS or MS 365 experience
  • Monitor and respond to user support requests submitted to the helpdesk
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer support skills
  • Engage with 1st & 2nd Line colleagues in support of incident and problem management processes
  • Building effective working relationships with both internal and external customers

  • Unix experience would be beneficial
