As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. You will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our systems, networks, and servers, while managing a team of technical professionals. Your role will involve strategic planning to support future business growth and improve operational efficiency through technology. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, installation, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure to meet operational needs.Lead and manage a team of IT specialists responsible for system administration, network management, and infrastructure support.Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards related to infrastructure management.Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring maximum uptime and availability.Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Implement and manage disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of a system failure or cyberattack.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT infrastructure and align with business goals.Ensure compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
