2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

Digital Waffle is working with a rapidly growing company within the business services sector.
As part of the company's planned and strategic growth, they are looking to expand its IT division.



The role is hybrid (2/3 days WFH), based in Birmingham city center.



To be successful in this position applicants must have the following experiences/skills :

• Maintaining an existing virtualised deployment 

• Creating and updating Virtual Machines (VMware)

• Experience with SAN storage 

• Strong understanding of Azure cloud 

• Monitoring Tools such as Sentinel/PRTG
