Job Title: Access Control Engineer
Rate: £180-220 per day
Location: Birmingham
Company Overview: A client of ours specializes in security solutions for businesses and are looking for an Access Control Engineer who's skilled in installing maglocks to join them on one of their Birmingham-based retail projects.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure maglocks and related hardware.
Integrate maglocks with other security systems.
Test and ensure proper functioning of maglock installations.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for maglock systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience installing and commissioning maglocks and associated hardware.
Experience with access control systems (Hikvision, Salto, Paxton, etc)
Knowledge of access control systems and low-voltage wiring.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical training or certifications related to access control systems preferred.
