My client is a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency made up of a team of creative individuals who are on a mission to become one of the best marketing agencies in the UK. They are a small but passionate team centred around a shared vision. They are looking for a hardworking, results-driven individual to join their sales team as a Business Development Executive. 

This is not a junior position. At least 3+ years of experience in sales is a must. They are also looking for someone who has either worked in sales at a Marketing Agency or has general knowledge of the marketing mix. 

What will the role consist of? 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for driving the business's success through new business opportunities utilising a combination of inbound and outbound lead strategies to ensure you hit your monthly targets. Working closely with new and existing clients, you will look to develop sales strategies, host meetings, submit proposals, and manage your pipeline effectively. This is the perfect opportunity for a hungry & driven individual who is looking to become a senior member of a sales team in a positive & encouraging environment. 

Role Requirements: 
● Being a main point of contact for potential & existing clients
● Develop your book of business and upsell to existing accounts 
● Have an understanding of the whole digital marketing mix, PPC, Paid Media, SEO, Landing Page Optimisation and CRM. 
● Assisting senior members of staff with strategic decision making 
● Regularly hit targets and show you want to drive this agency in the right direction 
● Weekly meetings with senior management to provide monthly sales forecasts 
● Writing client proposals 
● Troubleshoot, problem-solve and find creative solutions to client-specific needs 
● Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and dashboards - for directors & clients 

Experience Required: 
● Minimum of 3+ years working in Sales 
● Must be hardworking, driven & have an eye for detail 
● Must be able to make solid decisions, as well as take direction

● Someone optimistic, personal and friendly 
● The ability to analyse results and create plans 
● Someone who can take initiative 
● Experienced in Sales within a Marketing Agency or previous Marketing Experience 
● Confident in writing 
● Able to think objectively and outside the box 
● Someone who driven to learn to add value to the team and their role in the business 
● Excellent time-keeping, focused & organised
