  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with their clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact, advocating for clients' interests and ensuring they maximize the value of my clients services.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on utilising their services to meet clients' business objectives and overcome challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and analyze client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client issues promptly.

Experience required
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within the MSP industry - Ideal
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with IT services, cloud solutions, and managed services.
