Digital Account Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our client, a forward-thinking leading brand marketing agency based in Leicester, looking for the next big step in their career and a passion for marketing and anything digital! This role would suit a confident Digital Marketer with experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns looking to make their next progressive step into an agency. 

You will need the skills to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, manage multiple digital campaigns, grow and retain business with existing clients and manage a team of talented digital marketers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, marketing and a range of PPC and campaign case studies in the bag!

Daily Tasks - 
  • Manage client accounts and ensure you're meeting their requirements through digital campaigns
  • Experience in managing Digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, PPC and SEO.
  • Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
  • Know how to communicate with different businesses based on their company values
  • Leading a strong digital team 
  • Attend client meetings and represent the company at events
  • Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting
  • Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
  • Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
Requirements - 
  • Previous agency experience 
  • A proven track record of working with paid ad campaigns, SEO and digital marketing campaigns 
  • 2 - 3 years in a similar role or digital marketing position
  • Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
  • An understanding of SEO and website management
  • Experience managing client relationships daily
  • Can lead and manage a team
