We have partnered with an extremely successful Design Agency located in the heart of Birmingham, which due to their recent successes is now looking for a Head of Product Design who can collaborate with the Managing Director, Client Services Manager, and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Head of Product Design:

• Direct, guide, and manage multiple project teams across client engagements simultaneously, whilst being responsible for the output.
• Conduct workshops, achieve buy-ins from top-level client stakeholders, and translate back to the stakeholder groups.
• Navigate complex challenges through a vast understanding of design processes, research methods, and product strategy.
• Set the direction and vision for client delivery.
• Drive the overall team's vision.
• Interview, hire, and train new members of the delivery team, ensuring they are set up for success.

Must haves:

• 12 plus years of design experience, with at least 5 leading designers and researchers (beneficial if this is in a design agency setting).
• The ability to attract and retain design and research talent.
• Experience mentoring and training more junior members of staff.
• An extremely positive mindset.
