Digital Waffle is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a global leading law firm. Are you passionate about infrastructure management, have a knack for optimizing SharePoint environments, and are excited about contributing to a forward-thinking company?

After another year of success they continue to expand & are now are looking for a talented and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. This role will focus mainly on 3rd-line support while also providing expertise in managing their SQL estate, SharePoint estate, Azure Cloud Services and identity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-line support
• Proactive management and analysis of the global server estate which encompasses web, SSO, SharePoint, and SQLserver infrastructure, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and optimize the firm's presence on Azure, ensuring efficient utilization of cloud resources
• Advanced technical troubleshooting when issues are escalated by support functions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications/Experience 

• Extensive administration and understanding of SharePoint,Web, SQL, and SSO.
• Ability to build environments, support services, and create custom PowerShell scripts.
• Experience in migrations to Azure SQL Paas services.
• Experience in system design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Highly skilled at analytical and problem solving
