Job description

I am working with a digital investment platform in Germany that empowers discreet investors to make intelligent straightforward and top-tier online investments who are now looking for an iOS/AWS Mobile Developer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master for requirements gathering and validation.
  • Agile development following Scrum and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
  • Design interfaces for databases and other applications within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Implement and co-create innovative features for the app.
  • Maintain and evolve the app's architecture.
  • Develop test cases for software testing during the task specification phase.
  • Create test cases that encompass various test types, covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Integrate these test cases into the deployment process.
  • Collaborate with the entire team to implement software architecture and expand it with CI/CD pipelines.

What we are looking for:
  • A degree in science or technology, such as mathematics or computer science, preferably in application development or a related field.
  • Valuable experience in app development using SwiftUI and/or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, ideally with an AWS certification.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the AWS cloud.
  • Experience with AWS Amplify and related SDKs.
  • Perhaps you've already published apps in respective stores and can present them as case studies.
  • Extensive experience in developing modern mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in common UX/UI methods.
  • Ability to quickly identify and assess software and system requirements from various technical perspectives.
  • An independent, structured, and goal-oriented project approach, coupled with excellent teamwork and solution-oriented thinking.
