Job Role: IT Project Manager 

Salary: €60-65k (Dependant on Experience) 

Location: Munich – Hybrid working offered 

Language: C1 Level German and English language required 

We are currently recruiting for a IT Project/Requirements Manager to join a Munich-based mobile development agency that works with a variety of clients from different industries throughout the entire development process. The company is hoping to rapidly grow its already diverse and dynamic team. The business is looking for someone who can play a pivotal role in customer projects, from analysing and prioritising requirements to ongoing communication with clients, documenting requirements, and ensuring quality assurance. You will handle both content-related and organisational aspects whilst conceptualising and executing targeted requirements and innovation workshops. Serving as the interface between clients and project personnel in areas such as concept development, UI design, development, and testing, will be vital also. You will oversee quality management and coordinating software testing whilst maintaining open and trustful relationships with clients. 

Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 3 years experience): 
  • A completed university degree in information and communication technology, business administration, computer science, business informatics, technology, or related fields. 
  • C1 level or above in German and English language.  
  • 1-2 years of experience in software projects.   
  • Quick learning aptitude and technical proficiency. Proactive mindset with the ability to drive tasks to completion.   
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to effectively bridge communication between the company and its clients.   
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality, with excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
