Lead Software Engineer

A Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in Open Source Engineering, specifically Python & AWS, is required by a market leader in SaaS for the Film & TV Sector.

The client is a leading expert within their industry and mainly focuses on an award-winning media asset platform focusing on post-production special effects. They require a Lead Software Engineer to lead a squad of 4 Software Engineers and assist in the building of product features whilst working closely with key stakeholders.

This role is fully remote within the United Kingdom and has a comprehensive benefits package. The salary is up to £80,000 depending on experience.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Open Source Software Engineering.
• High level of competence in developing applications in Python
• A comprehensive experience working with AWS
• Experience working closely with Agile development teams.
• Past experience of previously leading Mid and Junior-Level developers
• Ability to work well with other key stakeholders
