Machine Learning Researcher

Digital Waffle is excited to be partnering with a pioneering Parisian start-up, that are seeking Machine Learning Researchers to develop a cutting-edge conversational AI tool. You'll leverage speech recognition, natural language processing, and generative models to craft a seamless user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of AI technology.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research in speech, language, and machine learning to optimise their conversational AI.
• Develop novel algorithms for real-time phone interactions and integrate them into their products.
• Stay on top of industry advancements and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Contribute to technical documents, research papers, and patents.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Speech Processing, NLP, or a related field.
• Publications in top conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python (C/C++ a plus) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Conversational AI/virtual assistant experience a plus.
