An innovative property company is looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join their growing and dynamic team.

They are looking for someone full of fresh ideas who can use their marketing expertise to take the brand to new heights.

Location: Manchester (hybrid)
Salary: £24,000

What are they looking for?

• Professional marketing experience (2+ years)
• Expertise across various social media platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Linkedin, and creating content which engages target audiences
• Knowledge of creating and implementing a successful marketing strategy, including working with budgets 
• PR skills
• Communicating our brand and services through high-quality written, video, and visual content, maintaining a professional yet approachable tone of voice
• Email marketing skills
• Creating quality content in line with business goals
• Reporting on social media and web analytics, using this data to inform and optimise content strategies
• Knowledge of how to promote a strong brand image
