We're a dynamic content agency that creates high-impact content for a diverse range of clients. We're looking for a driven Sales Media Account Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in securing new business and managing client relationships.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Building strong client relationships: Developing trust and rapport with clients, understanding their content needs and marketing goals.
- Crafting compelling proposals: Creating tailored proposals that showcase our content creation expertise and how it can solve client challenges.
- Negotiating and closing deals: Working collaboratively with clients to finalize agreements and secure new business.
- Managing client accounts: Overseeing assigned accounts, providing regular communication, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the content creation process.
- Understanding the media landscape: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platforms in content marketing (e.g., SEO, social media, video marketing).
- Collaborating with the team: Working closely with content creators, strategists, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery for clients.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the content marketing or media industry.
- A strong understanding of the content creation process and its value proposition for businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for content marketing and a genuine interest in the stories our clients want to tell.
