New Business Manager
Hybrid (Nottingham)
£85K Base (DOE) + £35K commission
Digital Waffle is working in partnership with a market-leading Telecoms company based in Nottingham. A great opportunity has arisen to join the sales team, as the Sales Manager.
Are you a results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? Do you have a proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and a knack for closing big deals? If so, my client wants you to be the driving force behind their dynamic sales team!
Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, the New Business Sales Manager will be responsible for helping execute new business growth plans, in order for them to deliver against their budgeted revenue figures.

The role
- Training/coaching team to ensure development.
- Develop a high performance growth culture in business.
- Developing short, medium and long term strategies to drive the team to achieve its revenue targets and growth plans.
- Maintain weekly reports on team results.
- Build strong relationships with other key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
About you
- Skilled sales manager with a proven track record
- Hands-on experience working in new business
- Possess outstanding leadership and team-building skills.
- Be self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
- Experience using/knowledge of Salesforce (Bonus)
- Expertise or experience with telecommunication or business messaging solutions
