Our client, a global telecommunications company that helps transform over 46,000 companies' mobile communications is now looking for an all-rounder Product Designer who can aid the design team, and bring in innovative and fresh new ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the product and engineering team.
- Conducting market research to determine gaps in the market, and analyze how new products satisfy market needs and consumer preferences.
- User testing, research, and user journey mapping.
- Producing wireframes, sketches, and prototypes.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet constantly changing customer needs.
- Design for both app and web.
Background/ Skill Set Required:
- Highly proficient in Figma.
- Be experienced in both the UX and UI side of design.
- Can design products (both app and web) end to end.
- Experience in the agile product management framework.
- Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally, have a background in SaaS.
