Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for MSP projects. Lead project teams in the execution of client projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage the relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent disruptions to project timelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Experience required
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the commercial aspects of successful projects.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
