Quality Assurance Engineer

Role: QA Engineer

Locations: Berlin, Munich or Düsseldorf

Salary: €65,000-€75,000

We are working with one of Digital Waffle's long-standing clients, a digital agency brand in Berlin and Dusseldorf, that combines hardcore technology, strategic experience and digital creativity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans and select appropriate testing methodologies to comprehensively evaluate all aspects of assigned components.
• Estimate time and cost requirements for quality assurance (QA) efforts.
• Implement QA processes within an agile environment.
• Adapt test plans based on changes in the components under test.
• Create and automate tests, particularly for complex issues.
• Provide ongoing support to the team to ensure smooth delivery.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in QA testing or a similar role within agile IT projects.
• Proven experience in QA automation and test writing.
• A passion for learning, a willingness to share knowledge, and an open-minded approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and meticulously.
• A keen eye for improvement and a dedication to continuous optimization.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
