Digital Waffle is working in partnership with a market-leading Managed Service Provider based in Manchester. This is a fantastic
opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who has experience in internal recruitment at a management level.

Job Role
You will be in charge of the full recruitment and selection end-to-end process and will report to the HR Director. Ensuring that they
have a pipeline of high caliber talent both through internal career pathways and external networks and providers, with the agreed
processes and resources in place to support the recruitment strategy. The ideal person for this role will have an extensive experience in direct sourcing of candidates, a passion for excellent candidate experience, and takes enjoyment from a continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities 

• Management of the end-to-end recruitment process (internal/external) and candidate lifecycle.
• Use a variety of online tools such as job boards LinkedIn, CV databases, and employee referrals research, identify, approach, and recruit candidates with specific skill sets.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and maintain the career pages
• Work with Hiring Managers on the screening and shortlisting of suitable candidates
• Create sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche roles within the technical sectors that we operate in
• Design a suite of recruitment selection resources and procedures to reflect the requirements for each position
• Use social media tools and methods to attract candidates
• Bring to life the employer brand and value proposition to candidates
