A leading digital design agency based in Birmingham are looking for a Sales and Marketing Lead to join their team. As the company's Sales and Marketing Lead, you will drive growth through unique value, data-driven strategies using CRM and analytics, and seamless client experiences. They are looking for someone with similar expereince in an agency background and a passion for sales!
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (+ uncapped OTE)

Responsibilities:
- Master the company's value proposition, guiding informed and resonant marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies, refining them based on insights and market changes.
- Analyse databases to identify potential customers aligned with the company's profiles, with strong purchase intent.
- Manage sales and marketing automation workflows, driving lead generation and conversion.
- Nurture leads matching ideal customers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Measure and optimise sales efforts, achieving targets with analytics-driven strategies.
- Present findings, secure stakeholder approval, and manage feedback for compelling proposals.
- Align sales, marketing, and delivery for seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate relationships with industry prospects for impactful sales outcomes.
- Work with Client Services Manager to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilise client feedback to refine sales strategies and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and workshops.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
- Combined strategic and practical background in sales or marketing roles.
- Proven track record of effectively executing account-based marketing and selling strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of leading independent initiatives.
- Possess a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of account-based marketing and account-based selling.
- Use of HubSpot or equivalent CRM/Marketing automation tools.
