Job Role: Sales Ledger Clerk 

Salary: Up to £25k 

Location: Tamworth  

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a rapidly growing Saas Company that specialises in HR and recruitment. In this fast-paced role, you'll wear several hats supporting their client base. You'll ensure smooth financial operations by managing multiple ledgers using their software platform and overseeing timely and accurate cash collection. As the main point of contact for clients and customers regarding payments and funding, you'll be responsible for resolving invoice queries, escalating payment issues, and collaborating with the client relationship manager on funding facilities. To keep everyone informed, you'll also be tasked with generating reports for management and presentations for clients. 

Skills you should hold: 
  • Experience in credit control.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • A passion for technology and its impact on business.  
  • The ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously.  
  • A willingness to learn and adapt.  
  • An interest in understanding funding facilities and communicating them to clients.
