As the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager, reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will be instrumental in managing the promotional calendar and optimising the customer journey.

Salary: up to £65K

• Leading commercial decisions for website trading in line with the overall strategy, aimed at driving growth across all brands.
• Providing expert guidance on best practices for web trading and site experience.
• Managing and optimising marketplace initiatives and third-party Shopify apps.
• Collaborating with customer service, creative, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all channels.
• Preparing and presenting trading reports and analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Enhancing on-site search functionality and conducting competitor analysis.
• Leading a team within the ecommerce trading function.
• Partnering with development teams to improve website functionality and user experience.
