Job Role: Senior Industrial Designer 

Salary: Up to €50k

Location: Sassenberg – Hybrid working 

Language: C1 level German and English language skills  

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Industrial Designer to join a design agency with a team of 40 passionate colleagues, working with national and international premium clients. They develop and implement top-notch brand strategies, communication concepts, and products. If you are a Senior Designer with experience in complex product development – this could be the role for you! You'll play a leading role in bringing products to life, guiding the entire design process from brainstorming initial concepts to overseeing the final launch. This includes managing design content to ensure exceptional quality at every stage, coordinating and leading the design team both internally and with clients, and confidently presenting your design solutions.  

Skills you should hold: 

• Several years of experience developing complex products in an industrial setting or design agency. 
• A keen interest in new technologies, materials, and production methods. 
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to build relationships. 
• Proficiency in common industry software (comfortable in both Apple and Microsoft environments). 
• An independent and structured work style with high creativity, commitment, and team spirit. 
• A willingness to travel internationally (if applicable). 
• Strong English and German communications skills – C1 level or above.
