A leading digital advertising agency is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager specialising in e-commerce to join their fun and dynamic team. This agency focuses on high-end products, combining advanced algorithms with human empathy, storytelling, and style. The core service is Paid Media Management, with additional offerings in creative campaign development and social-first content production.
The agency's work spans three key client verticals: travel & experiences, high-growth start-ups, and high-end e-commerce. The Senior Paid Media Manager will oversee paid media strategies for inspiring businesses, with a manageable client load, the role emphasises quality over quantity, akin to a boutique strategy consulting approach.
Location: Remote
Salary: up to £52,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage paid media campaigns for various high-end e-commerce clients.
- Develop and execute full-funnel, 360-degree strategies.
- Analyse performance, strategise improvements, and execute campaigns.
- Provide input on creative briefs and evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.
- Collaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts.
- Has 3+ years of commercial experience running Meta ads and at least 1 year of TikTok ads for multiple e-commerce brands, preferably at an agency.
- Comes from a small agency background - ideal.
- Possesses strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
