Job Role: Senior Project Manager – Software Integration  


Salary: Dependent on Experience (Bonus offered also) 

Location: Hamburg – Remote working offered  

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager (Software Integration) to join an established development house that provides engineering and technology consulting services to various industries. They specialize in areas such as software development, electronics, and systems engineering. Essentially, they help businesses develop and implement technology solutions to improve their operations and meet their goals.  

As a member of the project team, your role involves asking questions, finding answers, and implementing solutions that contribute to the success of our customers' IT projects in the banking and insurance industries. This includes planning and implementation while considering the customer's specifications and goals in terms of time, quality, and budget. You will also be responsible for project methodology and processes, technical leadership of project teams, concept creation, and quality assurance in software, IT, and conception. Your work may involve working remotely or on-site at the customer's location, depending on the project. 

Skills you must hold: 
  • Experience in successful management of enterprise projects or sub-projects is preferred. 
  • Empathetic behavior towards employees, customers, and colleagues with good communication and moderation skills. 
  • Experience in test and defect management. 
  • Ideally, knowledge of processes in the banking or insurance industry. 
  • Studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable subject. 
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, good knowledge of English. 
  • Project-related willingness to travel throughout Germany. 
  • Use of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
