Senior UX Researcher

£45,000 - £68,000 per annum.

We are currently working with a boutique design agency who are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to come in and hit the ground running on both the quantitative and qualitative research side, and be able to bring in many years of knowledge.

Key responsibilities of a UX Researcher:

• Formulate research scripts for both long and short-term research plans.
• Organize different types of research activities for the research product at hand.
• Produce data based on studies taken place.
• Ensure quality assurance for the company.
• Define and build research standards.

Preferable experience/ characteristics for this role:

• Have at least 4 years of experience in UX Research.
• Have extensive knowledge of the responsibilities listed above.
• Have a passion for the Design Industry and are looking for career development.
• Strong understanding of mental models.
• Experience working with software such as Optimal Workshop and Qualtrics.
