As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our client support operations, providing essential technical assistance and ensuring seamless IT experiences.

Job Role
  •  Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
  •  Proactively monitoring client systems to identify and address potential issues.
  •  Collaborating with fellow team members to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Technical Experience
  •  Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments.
  •  Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  •  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  •  A proactive and self-driven attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
  •  Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL) are a plus.
