Social Media Manager

A leading multimedia agency is on the hunt for a Social Media Growth Manager, to help expand its social media presence and drive organic growth! They create and license viral content for media outlets, brands, and agencies worldwide. Their social brands have millions of followers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.

Location: Birmingham - onsite 5 days per week
Salary: up to £40K

Role:

• Grow their social media pages across various platforms
• Drive engagement, followers, and revenue organically
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients
• Collaborate with sales on creative pitches
• Work with content creators on their brand vision

Ideal candidate:

• In-depth social media knowledge, platforms, and content
• 2+ years in a similar role
• Motivated by organic performance growth
• Analytically minded, and methodical
