Software Developer

Digital Waffle is working with a Digital Solutions provider that is now looking to add another Software engineer to their team in Birmingham.

You would be joining a collaborative and supportive team and working across a range of technologies. You'll get exposure to a broad range of tasks, clients, and people. They care deeply about quality and place a heavy emphasis on automated testing and peer reviews.

Salary: From £30,000 and up to £38,000 dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing complex web applications using modern technologies such as Vanilla.JS, React.JS, GraphQL and Mongo.DB.
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of clean coding principles.
• Expertise in modern web development technologies and frameworks such as JavaScript and React.
• A willingness to learn and improve on your own professional & personal development.
