Digital Waffle is now working with a Global leading Payment Solutions company who are looking for Implementation Specialists to work with their team in Atlanta. This client is a fast-paced and ever-expanding company and is looking for someone to begin a contract role, with the possibility of being hired permanently.

What your day will look like -
- You will be the first point of contact for customers
- Answering customer's questions about how to use the client's product
- Forming and keeping relationships with customers
- Being an expert in the client's technology, knowing it thoroughly to be able to find solutions
Candidate Requirements -
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
- Experience working in a client/customer-facing role
- Experience and confidence working with tracking systems such as JIRA
- Past experience in a payments or EPOS company
