Digital Waffle has partnered with a really exciting and upcoming start-up that is pathing the way for day-to-day AI and human connectivity in the real world. They combine large language models, reinforcement learning and other deep learning techniques in the aim of accomplishing tasks in different digital contexts. In the role, you will support and enable engineers to grow in the ways they are excited to grow. You will be focused on mentoring other developers, performing code reviews, and pair programming. You will help onboard new hires, conduct interviews, and develop cultural best practices to create a truly world-class team.

You are:

• An experienced Python and C++ Developer
• An experienced software developer from whom other engineers are excited to learn.
• Interested in people and culture. You are excited about using and investing in the softer skills that management requires.
• Knowledgeable about machine learning.
