Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Salary: £40,000
Location: Tamworth (hybrid/remote)

Overview:
A fleet leasing and hire management software company dedicated to providing innovative solutions that optimise fleet management and enhance operational efficiency is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer at our fleet software company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for our software applications. You will report to their product manager and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.
  • UI Design Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user research techniques and methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
