Role: UX/UI Product Designer
Salary: £35,000-£50,000
Location: Oxfordshire (hybrid- 3 days on-site)

A leading digital brand and product agency, that helps businesses build game-changing digital experiences is looking for a talented UX/UI Product Designer to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in the entire design process, from user research to stunning visuals.

In this role, you'll wear two hats – User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
  • UX Champion: Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points. Develop user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions. Craft sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • UI Maestro: Design beautiful, user-friendly, and brand-aligned interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital products. Translate user flows and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Ensure pixel-perfect execution across all platforms.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
  • Experience working in a Digital to Creative Agency.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with user research, including conducting interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
  • A keen eye for design with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex ideas into clear visuals.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and Photoshop.
  • Experience working on SaaS products.
  • Experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
