Job Title: First Line Support Specialist
Location: Tamworth
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (including weekends)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding First Line Support Analyst to join a fast-paced, exciting company that is looking to expand their support team! 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Handle user inquiries and technical issues related to Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a First Line Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time, including weekends.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to be on-site during regular business hours, including weekends. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
