Job Title: 3rd Line Support Analyst
Salary: Up to £38k DOE
Location: Exeter

My client, a fantastic Law Firm is looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to join their growing team! Responsibilities:
As a 3rd Line Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of the IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
    • Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from the 1st and 2nd line support teams.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the Microsoft tech stack, including Windows Server environments, Office 365 solutions, Azure Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and Teams.
    • Administer and maintain Microsoft Server environments with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage solutions based on business requirements.
    • Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of ITIL processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain SQL-based reports to provide insights into system performance and aid in decision-making processes.
    • Analyse data and provide recommendations for optimising system performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a 3rd line support role, demonstrating expertise in the Microsoft tech stack.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Server environments, Office 365 solutions (Azure Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Teams), and SQL Reporting.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, ITIL Foundation, and others are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
