Digital Account Executive

My client is a creative marketing agency that has secured and established enduring partnerships with some of the biggest and most prosperous consumer brands globally. Their client portfolio demonstrates the outcomes of the intense attention to this audience.

As a Digital Account Executive, you will collaborate with several teams and your line manager to guarantee that the agency's daily priorities are fulfilled. Along with supporting the account team in executing projects for clients, you will also embrace non-digital areas of marketing, such as creative and commercial elements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client-facing projects or development plans, and oversee internal project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Take charge of overseeing the daily operations of projects.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide top-notch project management and client relations.
• Oversee a variety of initiatives, such as audience planning, websites, and other digital applications, as well as social media campaigns.
• Be focused on processes and documentation; create effective agendas, status reports, and other project controls.
• Be familiar with GDPR and consumer privacy.
• Feedback and asset development for e-commerce.
• Determine and specify KPIs and performance measures, then assess, interpret, and report on the effectiveness of your campaigns.
