As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be a pivotal member the client services team, responsible for nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and exceeded. Your strategic insight, digital marketing expertise, and exceptional communication skills will drive successful campaigns and foster long-term partnerships.

- Client Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals and objectives.
- Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative and technical departments, to ensure the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Strategic Guidance:
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on emerging digital trends, industry best practices, and innovative marketing solutions.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, draw actionable insights, and present recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and support junior account management team members, providing guidance on client relations, project management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering measurable outcomes.
