Job Title: SEO and PPC Specialist
My client is a creative marketing agency that believes it's important to create an atmosphere where people can be themselves and concentrate on their creativity, teamwork, and collaboration in order to get the most out of their jobs. 

Position Overview:
This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and PPC strategies to maximise online visibility, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value terms relevant to the business.
    • Analyse keyword performance metrics and competition to inform SEO and PPC strategies.
On-Page and Off-Page SEO:
    • Implement SEO best practices, including link building, content optimization, and site structure improvements.
    • Monitor and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
PPC Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
    • Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to drive conversions.
    • Monitor campaign performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimise ad targeting for maximum ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyse key performance metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
    • Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuous Optimisation:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies in SEO and PPC.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to align SEO and PPC efforts with overall business goals.
    • Provide recommendations and guidance on website improvements, content strategy, and user experience enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEO/PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.
