Job description

An amazing nutrition brand is on the hunt for an eCommerce Experience Executive to join their fast growing eCommerce team, working to resolve customer orders via Zendesk and helping to optimise eCommerce campaigns.

This brand is known for its first-class ecommerce campaigns and excellent service as much as it is known for its protein bars, and your role will be to and enhance this reputation.

Location: Birmingham (1 day per week in office)

Salary bracket: Entry-level role

  • Experience working with Digital Chatbot platforms, preferably Zendesk.
  • Happy to support and process sample orders for the business
  • Work to monitor reviews, replying and ensuring feedback loops are created
  • Capable of processing customer returns and refunds
  • Ecommerce experience would be positive, but it is imperative you have an interest in digital marketing
  • Strong organisation skills are a must- preferably use of MS office and Excel
  • An understanding of paid media campaigns would be preferred 
  • A big team player, working within a soley ecommerce focused team
