Job Title: Head of Customer Transformation/Migration
Location: London, UK (90% remote)
Salary: £100,000 per annum + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the transformation and migration project whereby you will migrate 10s of thousands of customers onto a new PaaS, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers.
  • Oversee upgrades to products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals.
  • Drive a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement transformational changes.

Expereince:
  • Experience in migrating customers from various platforms to new PaaS.
  • Experience with migrating customers in a B2B environment.
  • Come from a SaaS or Tech background.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer experience or a related field.
  • Strong track record of successfully leading migration projects and delivering transformational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute customer experience strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
