Insights Manager
Job description
A global wellness business with offices throughout the UK is on the hunt for an Insight Manager to join their team on a long-term FTC, working to utilise consumer insights to optimise core processes, to drive consumer-led decision-making across the commercial teams.
If you are from a category or insights background, with a passion for consumer-led data, then this role is for you. You will work to build stakeholder relationships, champion consumer insights, and manage primary research, creating value for the entire team.
Location: Birmingham (2 days per week in office) with occasional travel
Salary: Up to £55,000

- At least three years in a similar role
- Experience working for a wellness or beauty brand would be preferred but not essential
- Capable of building relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Happy to manage insights generation and identify any insights requirements
- Experience providing outputs and delivering easily actionable insights
- Confident in your ability to evaluate and assess performance across the consumer journey
- The ability to lead insight for category management, range reviews and NPD to enhance business performance
